7 Months

Natalie is 7 months old today!!! She is getting bigger every single day. Seriously. I know I shouldn't compare kids but Hannah had slowed down her growth a lot at this point. But not our Natalie June. She is super chubby and SUPER CUTE! This month she tasted all sorts of baby food including sweet potato, squash, carrots, green beans, banana and pears. She likes pretty much everything. Although she definitely makes a funny face if you change flavors on her. She is learning to drink water from a sippy cup although most of it dribbles out of her mouth and down her front. She also learned to get into a sitting position on her own. Unfortunately she learned this when we were in Minnesota visiting family. She had a rough time sleeping in the pack-n-play. And one of the reasons for this is that she would sit up on her own and then didn't know how to lie back down when she was tired. Natalie can get all over the place but I still don't think that I'd say she's really crawling. She rolls, pushes backwards and maneuvers in all sorts of other ways to get where she wants to go. Natalie's favorite person besides Mommy is her big sister! In fact, today in the car Hannah had her giggling like crazy! It was so much fun to listen to them interact. Natalie watches Hannah's every move. When she starts moving a little faster Hannah had better look out because Natalie will probably never leave her alone. She is still not sleeping through the night...and with all the traveling we did over the past month...she is all out of whack. Still no teeth in sight. Maybe they will appear soon. You are such a precious, sweet baby girl and we love you tons!
