I love that TMEA takes place in San Antonio every single February! It means that Kristen comes to spend half a week at our house each year! I'm so thankful to have my dear college roommate so close to me in Texas! And another special treat this year was seeing another Houghton friend, John, who was presenting at TMEA. He actually still lives in New York but traveled south for the weekend in order to present at TMEA. On Valentine's eve we enjoyed Mexican food at a restaurant on the riverwalk....ahhhh! It was good to be together with old friends! The girls came along on our "double date"....does this make it a "triple date"? The girls had so much fun that they were out cold almost as soon as we got to the car.
