Summer Road Trip East 2013

At the very end of July the girls and I left town for a couple of weeks to visit friends and family.  Its hard to believe that September is already almost over!

Our road trip adventures began in East Texas where we visited Kristen!
We got to meet Kristen's pretty new dog, Coco!

The Starr Family Home - an old, historic home that we toured in Marshall, TX.

The mosquito netting on the beds in the Starr home was so pretty!
The girls wanted to play with the old-fashioned toys SO much!
In the parlor...the family piano.

Here the girls and I are sitting on the front porch of one of the other buildings on the Starr Family property.
She has the cutest smiles, doesn't she?!
We also spent some time at a trampoline park near Kristen's house.  It was SUPER fun!
Airborne!
The girls loved jumping into this foam pit.
There were long trampolines that you could jump or run or do tricks down before jumping into the foam.
I might have had more fun than everyone ;-)
I think Kristen was rescuing Natalie from the foam...it was kind of tricky to climb out.
Kristen alsotook us to ride on the Historic Jefferson Railway.

While in Jefferson, TX we stopped in the General Store and had fun trying on hats!
