McKenna Children's Museum with Pop & Gram

My Mom and Dad came for a visit in early June (see how very behind I am!?) We spent one day at the children's museum in New Braunfels.  The girls and I had been once before and they LOVED it.  Hannah has been asking once a week since February if we could go back.  So we did :-)  They had a ball playing with Gram & Pop.

Natalie wanted Pop to do her face paint.
We decided it looked like a blob or something.
I think it was supposed to be a butterfly.

But blob or butterfly - she LOVED it :-)

The girls had fun climbing to the top of this structure.
Somehow they decided that it would be fun to throw their shoes down from the top.
Thank goodness it wasn't crowded at this point in the day...

Hannah made music

Natalie had a baby at the hospital.
I wish you could've been there.

I laughed 'til I cried.

Natalie rode "horses" with Pop

They LOVE grocery shopping

...and playing with water.

Hannah and Pop even roasted hot dogs over the campfire.

We also went to space in a rocket ship, played dress up, colored, "drove" an ambulance, pretended to be bats living in a cave and went "kayaking"  Hannah and Natalie have wonderful imaginations and  this is a PERFECT place to play!
