Last stop!

We started our journey home to San Antonio by spending a whole weekend in North Carolina with Aunt Laura  and Uncle Brad.  We had fun shopping at Mega-Thrift, swimming and just hanging out....until Hannah got a stomach bug.......we surivived ALMOST the entire trip without sickness...

 For some very odd reason, Natalie fixated on these old footie pajamas at Mega Thrift. Aunt Laura bought them for her and Natalie begged to wear them (all day!) for the next week...even though it was over 90 degrees and humid outside. (I hid them from her when we got home) She is a crazy kid!

We left North Carolina and spent the next two days on the road.  The highlight of those last two days was meeting up with dear friends!  The Middel family was  moving from San Antonio to Virginia (Air Force)...and we were able to have lunch together in Alabama. It was SO wonderful to spend time together one last time.
