This summer while we were away on our road trip Natalie began swiping my camera to take pictures. She LOVES it! Sometimes I will find 75 images on my camera that were taken by my sweet Natalie. Most of them are blurry pics of the carpet or coffee table...and obviously taken by a 2 year old. But some of the pictures she has captured are really interesting. Take the picture below...I love how pretty and colorful it is! I feel like it could be a picture in one of those "I Spy" books...

Seriously...if I have to admit it....she wears this outfit 6 out of 7 days . No joke. If she spills something on it..she'll immediately take it off and ask me to wash it. But if I don't do the laundry within an hour or two (which I rarely do!) then she will put it back on after whatever it was has "dried". It is driving me slightly crazy. IF I so happen to snag the outfit (and black shorts in particular) for the washing machine....she will pester me EVERY. FIVE. MINUTES until they are done. Really, she will. "Mama, where are my black shorts?" I want to scream sometimes. I want to burn these clothes. But I haven't. I'm partly relieved we have gotten over the "I-only-wear-tutus" phase. But it would really help if Natalie would wear more than this one outfit. I know I could put my foot down and make her wear other clothes. Sometimes I do...but often I let my girls choose what to wear. It is a pretty safe place to let them make some decisions. Don't judge me for letting my kiddo wear this outfit for 3 days in a row. It may have dried orange juice and popsicle on it...but she is SO HAPPY. ;-)
