This girl is FEARLESS when it comes to high, twisting slides or 8-feet-high rock walls BUT she is terrified and I mean TERRIFIED of our neighbor's dogs. Almost all of our neighbors have dogs...and of course, when we go into the backyard, they bark and jump against the fence. They are not vicious. One of them borders on hyper and slightly crazy...but not vicious. But my sweet, Natalie girl is so, so scared of the dogs. She loves to swing or play in the sand in the backyard. But in the last couple of weeks if Hannah heads out back, Natalie will put on her shoes and then BEG me to come outside with her. If I won't go, she won't either...No matter how badly she wants to go outside and play. And she will plead with me "No goggy wuff!" (translation: No doggy woof!). If I do go outside with her she will play happily until a neighbor lets their dog out. When the dog begins to bark, Natalie will cover her eyes and start shaking, crying and screaming as if the world is coming to an end. Mind you, she can't see the dogs. In fact, she LOVES animals if she can see them and pet them. Weird. Maybe its that she can't see them. Anyway.....my poor girl is SERIOUSLY afraid of barking dogs...

Poor thing. She can come play with Wrigley if you think it will help her get over her fear. Would she like seeing the dogs in doggie day care at PetSmart?
