Hannah-Goose! You are 3 years old today! So hard to believe. You are such a big, big girl now. You are a precious gift and Daddy and I are thankful for the 3 years we have had with you thus far. You are so mature in so many ways....you talk like you are 10 years old. You are full of opinions about things. Especially clothes and food. You can dress yourself from head to toe although, depending on your mood, sometimes you like a lot of help. (I'm pretty impressed that you can button and un-button things.) You know all your letters and their sounds. You sometimes try to "sound" words out.....kind of. You have grown and changed so much over the year. You were potty-trained in July. That was a BIG milestone. Its hard to remember ever changing your diaper! You still wear a pull-up at night though. You are WONDERFUL at entertaining yourself. Sometimes you will play for an hour or two all alone.....you have quite the imagination! You love dolls, ballerinas, princesses, etc.....all things girly, sparkly and pretty. You also like "tiny" things...anything miniature. You still have a special place in your heart for Thomas the Train (and other trains) and elephants! You still sleep with "Ellie the Elephant" every night but she is joined by any number of dolls or other "loveys" . You still take naps a few days a week although you could probably give your nap up completely. You can be SO affectionate and sweet...and also stubborn and contrary as all get out! You drive me crazy a lot during mealtimes because you have so much to say that you can't stop talking long enough to eat. Or sometimes you don't bother eating because your "head is in the clouds". Food is definitely not a priority in your world...unless it is really sugary, of course! You definitely have a sweet tooth. You are pretty excited to have little Natalie joining you in activities but also seem thankful that she is at least 3 steps behind at all times. You are such a bright, beautiful, sweet and silly girl and I can't wait to see how you will grow and change during your 4th year of life!
