2 months!

Natalie is two months old already! She is still our sweet, cuddly infant. She is growing like crazy and hardly fits in any of her 0-3 month clothes anymore. We've gotten out the 3-6 month stuff already. Natalie is sleeping pretty well. About 3 times in the last two weeks she has tempted me with a 6 (or 7?) hour stretch of sleep at night. But then the next night she'll return to waking up for a feeding two times during the night. I hope one of these days she'll do it two nights in a row....or maybe more! She seems to be a night owl. She doesn't really go to sleep for a long stretch until 10:30 or 11 pm. And then she likes to sleep until 8:30 or 9 am. This kinda stinks in my opinion because Hannah certainly isn't going to sleep until 8:30 or 9 am, so neither do I. Honestly, it is hard for me to fall back asleep after 5 am. I'm a morning person ;-)
We have been blessed with Natalie's beautiful smile in the last two weeks....here are a few pics I captured. There is nothing sweeter than seeing your baby smile for the first time. An incredible reward for all the hard work they demand!

Some serious but cute expressions below...
Isn't she beautiful?!

Natalie had her 2 month check up on Monday. She is gonna be a big girl! This may sound funny but I'm excited to have a chunker! She weighed in at 12lbs 5 oz and is 23 inches long. And yes, Courtney, you were right. She has a big head. Her head is even bigger then Hannah's was at this age! I forgot to ask about her percentiles....but she is a little shorter than Hannah was at 2 months but a pound heavier. Here is Natalie with her wonderful pediatrician, Dr. McNair.

Happy 2 Months!!! I was just sitting down to write about Asher ( I can't seem to get it done "on time" these days).

It so exciting for me to read about what you are enjoying about Natalie. I think that because I can relate so well to this phase, it makes me smile to read about the details!
