Oklahoma! (Austin & Dallas....)

Three weekends ago (yes, a very late post!) we traveled up to Oklahoma to visit Paul's grandparents. On the way up we stopped in Austin to visit with Daniel.   We had planned to travel on to Oklahoma while Hannah slept that evening but not quite as late as it turned out to be....  Anyway, we had a fun stop in Austin, going out to dinner and swimming in Daniel's neighborhood pool.  After quick showers we were on our way. It made for a very, very late (or should I say early?) arrival in OK.  We got to Paul's grandparent's place at 4:30am...ugh! 

Our visit with Grandma and Grandpa was so relaxing and enjoyable!  We took naps, ate yummy meals at home, vistited the Seminole Children's Museum, went out for dinner, watched a movie, took walks, chatted with neighbors, went to church and a potluck, and played with the dog.  I can even say that Hannah slept well while we where there.  To most of you, that means nothing...but for a few of you to whom I complain the most you will know that Hannah does NOT usually sleep when we travel.

On the way home, Paul's Aunt Dee graciously agreed to host us at her home in Dallas so we could break up the trip a little bit. We went out to breakfast with her and got to see her three kiddos (Paul's cousins) briefly before they headed to school for the day.  Wow! have they grown! I don't know how long its been since we saw them....5 years?!  Katie is a senior in high school! Silly me didn't feel good and was lazy about snapping photos of all these wonderful people.  I really regret that now...but here are the pics we have from the weekend. (a ton, i might add, but they do not include ALL of the important people)
