Thanksgiving Week

A week ago Paul's sister, Julie, and her family flew to San Antonio to spend the week with us. We enjoyed having the three (soon-to-be-four!) of them here. We went to the zoo on Tuesday and the park almost every day. Our nephew Ashton is 22 months old. It was fun to watch him and Hannah interact. Ashton is going to become a big brother in February so it was good practice for him to be around a "baby". He was so sweet always wanting to give Hannah hugs (see pic below). Unfortunately Hannah was somewhat claustrophobic and would push him away.....so that kinda made him mad. BUT Hannah adored watching his every move. Neither of them knows how to share very well...but hey, they are still pretty young, right?!?

We also got to host our small group Thankgiving potluck dinner on Wednesday night....we missed Julie and Steve Hurtle who had already headed out of town for the holiday...but it was fun to eat yummy food and hang out with our precious friends.

Tuesday night we had dinner at La Fogata with Matt, Julie, Ashton, Beth and Chuck. The food and atmosphere were fantastic!
