Pumpkin Patch 2015

The girls still LOVE visiting a pumpkin patch every October!

Hannah LOVED the hay that was sprinkled on the ground everywhere...
she wanted to hold it in every picture.

They had a blast playing with this wagon that was really for hauling pumpkins.

Happy Easter!

The girls enjoyed egg hunting with friends 3 times over the weekend!
Once with our neighbors on Saturday afternoon...
And again with dear friends and their neighbors on Saturday evening...
We spent Easter morning at church worshiping our Risen Lord!
Daddy with his Easter beauties!
We spent Easter afternoon enjoying some of our favorite friends in San Antonio!
And this included yet another egg hunt!
I'm so thankful for friends that love us like family!
And even more thankful that we serve a RISEN Savior!

It's that time of year in San Antonio!

How do I pick a favorite?
I love them all for different reasons...

Oma and Opa!

Last weekend Oma and Opa came for a visit! We had a fun and relaxing weekend together.
Oma and Opa brought many gifts with them--including porcelain dolls from Aunt Julie!  So special!
The weather was pretty much perfect on Saturday and Sunday so we enjoyed a walk at the park...
...And dinner on the patio at El Chapparral.

After church on Sunday we stopped by a gardening store and the girls found a sweet fairy garden.
Oma and  Hannah worked hard in the backyard all afternoon planting herbs, flowers, jalapenos and a tomato plant.
Natalie helped out just a tiny bit, too ;-)

On Monday we drove to Corpus Christi to visit Oma and Opa's lifelong friend, Mark.
After lunch together we enjoyed visiting at Mark's house where the girls played with his bunny, Bonnie.
We made sure to get a little beach time..although the girls said it wasn't nearly enough.
It was a cool, windy, misty and quiet day on the beach.
Sand angels!
Just their feet...
pure joy!
Running down the beach with Daddy.
We explored some sand dunes, too.
gorgeous!
The best we got :-/
Thankful for such wonderful parents!
Natalie read for Oma and Hannah played her violin.

It was so wonderful to be together again!
We love you Oma and Opa and we love to spend time with you.
